We have a very large private furnished bedroom (almost 330sqft) with two twin daybeds available for 1 or 2 female students to share in our newly remodeled 3000 sq.ft. home. Shared room monthly rate is $1000 per student for 2 students or $1800 for 1 student. $500 refundable security deposit. There is also a private room available for 1 female student for $1300 a month. This is a family environment for a serious minded student needing a safe and quiet home close to campus. There’s a gourmet kitchen and the room rental includes full kitchen privileges and access to laundry machines. We’re located less than 1 mile from CSULB, which equates to a 5 minute bike ride. We have extra bicycles available if you wanted to ride to campus. Plenty of street parking, if you have a car. TV with free cable service provided inside each room along with free WIFI access throughout the house. There’s laundry machines on site to wash your clothes. All utilities are included, except phone. Tenants must use cell phones. The bathroom is shared with another female CSULB student. International students are welcome, as we’ve hosted many in the past.
